At Epomaker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mechanical keyboard and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team at support@epomaker.com with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all cables, keycaps, manuals, and promotional gifts that were included in the original shipment.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our support team.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for any signs of use or damage, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
